Stacey Benefiel, Pharm. D.
Global Clinical & Medical Affairs
Stacey joined Frameworks in November 2022 as Executive Vice President, Global Clinical and Medical Affairs. Stacey will provide leadership in the areas of Business Development, Client Partnerships & Client Talent Fulfillment.
Prior to joining Frameworks, Stacey has spent over 25 years working within the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries. Her experience includes commercial, safety, clinical and medical affairs. In addition, for the past decade, she has partnered closely with clients across the life sciences industry as she consulted on their hiring needs, identified, and hired exceptional talent for their organizations.
Stacey obtained her Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Missouri – Kansas City. She maintains membership among many industry associations and societies while constantly engaging colleagues and peers to ensure she is highly in tune with market and industry trends.
Joanna Bova, PMP
Joanna joined Framework Solutions in June 2009 with a mission to build the company’s MLR Service Business. Drawing on her years of experience in client services and project management, she has successfully built teams within Framework Solutions that are fully trained to handle multiple client scenarios, scalable and focused on core capabilities. She is a passionate about keeping current with industry best practices and trends and utilizes this knowledge to enhance customer engagements.
Prior to joining Frameworks, Joanna spent 20 years working in a broad range of regulated industries including Federal relocation services and financial printing.
Joanna holds a BS in communication from Emerson College in Boston, MA, and is a PMP-certified Project Manager.
Jasbir Chohan joined Framework Solutions in March 2023 as Executive Vice President of Regulatory Operations. Jas brings a wealth of knowledge and experience of eCTD submissions to compliment the company’s existing comprehensive regulatory solutions to clients.
Prior to joining Framework Solutions, Jas spent 20+ years in regulatory operations within the pharmaceutical industry. Most notably she founded and served as CEO of ONIX Life Sciences, a company that provided eCTD submission outsourcing services to clients globally. She successfully grew ONIX from inception into being a recognised industry leader successfully serving a wide variety of clients and across application types.
Jas has a deep global understanding of the industry, the ever-changing regulatory requirements and particularly the challenges faced by clients in drug applications to regulatory health authorities. She has a strong track record of delivering success across every submission her and her team have managed for 10+ years, which in turn has allowed her to build strong and trusted long-term relationships with her clients and peers.
Norm Enriquez, Pharm. D.
Chief Scientific Officer
Norm joined Framework Solutions as Chief Scientific Officer in October 2022. Norm is leading the construct of a multi-functional Medical Affairs departments for the benefit of biotechnology companies. Framework Solutions’ services will be expanded to include medical strategy optimization, medical and scientific communications and field-based medical teams to support clinical trials and clinical education to top-tier clinicians on complex science and pharmacoeconomic data. Prior to joining Framework Solutions , Norm held executive positions at CytomX, The Medical Affairs Company (TMAC), Amgen and Sanofi / Aventis.
Norm was awarded his Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California, completed his residency in Clinical Pharmacology and Ambulatory Care Medicine (VA Medical Center, Long Beach), and interned at City of Hope National Medical Center. In addition to his industry commitments, Norm maintains academic roles with the Keck Graduate Institute (Claremont College consortium) as an Advisor and (former) Associate Dean and Professor.
Mike joined Framework Solutions in 2022. As Chief Financial Officer, he is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and analysis, accounting, tax and human resources.
Prior to joining Framework Solutions, Mike spent 3 decades in accounting and finance. After graduating from the University at Albany with a BS in Accounting, he began his career at Arthur Andersen and became a Certified Public Accountant. He then held key financial positions of increasing responsibility at Time Warner, Reader’s Digest, Omnicom and Barnes & Noble Education. During his tenure at Barnes & Noble Education, where he led the financial planning and reporting team, he was a key member of a team responsible for the successful spin-off from the prior parent company. Most recently Mike entered the life sciences industry as a CFO Advisory Consultant for Certara.
Mike is a proven strategic leader with a keen focus on building Accounting and Finance teams that add value in the organization and collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize profitability.
Jennifer Harakal joined Framework Solutions in February 2023 as Executive Vice President, Regulatory Affairs. Leveraging her 20+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Jennifer is leading the company’s efforts to provide a comprehensive suite of Regulatory Affairs solutions to pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device clients in the development, manufacturing, marketing and lifecycle maintenance of products.
Prior to joining Framework Solutions, Jennifer held multiple leadership roles at a leading regulatory consulting firm where she was instrumental in driving the company’s growth over her 10+ year tenure.
Jennifer is a proven strategic leader with a focus and passion for cultivating relationships and helping clients and employees achieve their goals.
Marc joined Framework Solutions in late 2019. As VP Account Solutions he is responsible for increasing market share of the firm’s Promotional & Medical Review Support Services. Marc oversees the development and deployment of the company’s sales and marketing strategies, as well as sales operations and administration.
Prior to Joining Framework Solutions, Marc spent 25 years in the Healthcare Provider and FinTech software industries where he held senior sales and sales management positions. As Director, Corporate Solutions at Shareworks by Morgan Stanley, a Cloud-Based Stock Plan Administration solution, Marc managed sales and business development for the institutional sales division. He began his career at Micro-Designs Software as Regional Sales Manager where he was responsible for meeting top-line revenue targets for the Eastern Region.
Marc holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Bryant University.
Strategic Advisor & Director
Kelley joined Framework Solutions in early 2022 as a Strategic Advisor & Director. Kelley works with the company’s senior management providing insight and guidance in both business expansion and improving operational excellence.
Kelley brings over twenty years of industry experience driving, leading, and growing both regional and global businesses. Currently Kelley also serves as the Principal Advisor at KHK Advisory, a boutique advisory firm working with private equity firms and Life Sciences solution providers. Previously, Kelley served as Chief Solutions Officer at Certara. Prior to that, Kelley served as President of Regulatory Strategy, Sciences and Services at Synchrogenix (a Certara company).
Michael joined Framework Solutions in 2021. As Executive Vice President he is responsible for leading the company expansion and growth in technology and innovation. He has experience delivering next generation digital transformation and solutions, providing clients with a better customer experience.
Prior to joining Framework Solutions Michael spent over 20 years working within Life Sciences. As a Principal at Capgemini, he led a Global Veeva practice spearheading implementations and managed services for top 10 pharmaceutical companies. Prior to working as a consultant, he held a Director of Sales Operations position at Pfizer for 10 years.
Michael holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Walden University.
Chief Information Officer
Michael joined Framework Solutions in 2021. As Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for implementing and maintaining technology solutions that support the company’s growing operations, leveraging the firm’s investment in technology to improve security and operational efficiency.
Prior to joining Framework Solutions, Michael spent 25 years in Information Technology mainly in the Healthcare industry. As Director of IT at Bristol Health, Michael’s focus was on off-campus expansion, move and consolidation projects, including the acquisition and assimilation of numerous medical specialty practices. The largest of these projects was the technology design and implementation in the $26.5M Medical Care Center. Prior to Bristol Health, Michael served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at VitalWorks where he designed, implemented and supported a national wide-area network integrating nine regional facilities providing systems and operational support to over 750 users. Earlier in his career, he was the Director of IT and Client Services at Micro-Designs Software.
Michael specializes in managing enterprise-wide projects requiring collaboration of cross-functional teams and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt focused on optimizing business processes in the Healthcare space.
Joe joined Framework Solutions in early 2018. As CEO he provides senior management with guidance on all aspects of the business. Joe is passionate about driving customer success through the process of collaborative transformation. With a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by customers from both a logistic and strategic perspective, Joe creates and deploys comprehensive solutions. He believes these solutions will drive increased productivity and profitability while reducing risks.
Prior to joining Framework Solutions, Joe spent 25 years developing technology and service solutions in the Healthcare Provider space. As Chairman & CEO at Vitalworks, a public company, Joe was at the forefront of bringing Practice Management, Electronic Medical Records, PACS and Electronic Prescription Writing to over 88,000 Physicians in a wide array of healthcare settings. Before Vitalworks, Joe served as President of the Medical Division of Infocure Inc. where he guided the company through the regulatory and compliance processes related to HIPAA. Early in his career, he co-founded the firm Micro-Designs Software, which specialized in vertical market Practice Management Software.
