Joanna joined Framework Solutions in June 2009. Since that time, she and her team have successfully launched engagements with numerous clients ranging from startups to established companies. She has a thorough understanding of the promotional and medical review process and has worked with domestic and international teams on a variety of review scenarios, including; standard review, launches, rapid responses and pre-clearance reviews.

Prior to joining Frameworks, Joanna spent 20 years working in a broad range of regulated industries including Federal relocation services and financial printing. Drawing on her years of experience in client services and project management, she has successfully built teams within Framework Solutions that are fully trained to handle multiple client scenarios, scalable and focused on our core capabilities. She is a passionate about keeping current with industry best practices and trends and utilizes this knowledge to enhance customer engagements.

Joanna holds a BS in communication from Emerson College in Boston, MA, and is a PMP-certified Project Manager.

As VP Professional Services, Rebecca is responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and success of client engagements within the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry for Framework Solutions.

Rebecca began her career in 1999 with SmithKline Beecham as a Clinical Research Associate and has held several leadership roles in Medical Operations, Project Management, and Commercial Operations at global pharmaceutical companies including Medimmune and Mylan. An early adopter of digital review platforms that manage the content review process, she has led dozens of process and system implementations and brings a wealth of knowledge on how to evaluate and optimize medical and commercial operations.

Rebecca has built the Professional Services team with the goal of improving clients’ quality, efficiency and compliance in operations through customized solutions.

Rebecca received her undergraduate and master’s degree in the sciences from the University of Colorado. She maintains a high profile, leading panel discussions and speaking at industry events.

Marc Ioli

Director, Account Solutions

Marc joined Framework Solutions in late 2019.  As Director, Account Solutions he is responsible for increasing market share of the firm’s Promotional & Medical Review Support Services. Marc oversees the development and deployment of the company’s sales and marketing strategies, as well as sales operations and administration.

Prior to Joining Framework Solutions, Marc spent 25 years in the Healthcare Provider and FinTech software industries where he held senior sales and sales management positions.  As Director, Corporate Solutions at Shareworks by Morgan Stanley, a Cloud-Based Stock Plan Administration solution, Marc managed sales and business development for the institutional sales division.  He began his career at Micro-Designs Software as Regional Sales Manager where he was responsible for meeting top-line revenue targets for the Eastern Region.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Bryant University.

Michael Urban

Chief Information Officer

Michael joined Framework Solutions in 2021.  As Chief Information Officer, he is responsible for implementing and maintaining technology solutions that support the company’s growing operations, leveraging the firm’s investment in technology to improve security and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Framework Solutions, Michael spent 25 years in Information Technology mainly in the Healthcare industry.  As Director of IT at Bristol Health, Michael’s focus was on off-campus expansion, move and consolidation projects, including the acquisition and assimilation of numerous medical specialty practices.  The largest of these projects was the technology design and implementation in the $26.5M Medical Care Center.  Prior to Bristol Health,   Michael served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at VitalWorks where he designed, implemented and supported a national wide-area network integrating nine regional facilities providing systems and operational support to over 750 users.  Earlier in his career, he was the Director of IT and Client Services at Micro-Designs Software. 

Michael specializes in managing enterprise-wide projects requiring collaboration of cross-functional teams and has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt focused on optimizing business processes in the Healthcare space.

Michael joined Framework Solutions in 2021.  As Executive Vice President he is responsible for leading the company expansion and growth in technology and innovation.  He has experience delivering next generation digital transformation and solutions, providing clients with a better customer experience.

Prior to joining Framework Solutions Michael spent over 20 years working within Life Sciences.  As a Principal at Capgemini, he led a Global Veeva practice spearheading implementations and managed services for top 10 pharmaceutical companies.  Prior to working as a consultant, he held a Director of Sales Operations position at Pfizer for 10 years.

Michael holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science from Seton Hall University and an MBA from Walden University.

Joe joined Framework Solutions in early 2018. As CEO he provides senior management with guidance on all aspects of the business. Joe is passionate about driving customer success through the process of collaborative transformation. With a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by customers from both a logistic and strategic perspective, Joe creates and deploys comprehensive solutions. He believes these solutions will drive increased productivity and profitability while reducing risks.

Prior to joining Framework Solutions, Joe spent 25 years developing technology and service solutions in the Healthcare Provider space. As Chairman & CEO at Vitalworks, a public company, Joe was at the forefront of bringing Practice Management, Electronic Medical Records, PACS and Electronic Prescription Writing to over 88,000 Physicians in a wide array of healthcare settings. Before Vitalworks, Joe served as President of the Medical Division of Infocure Inc. where he guided the company through the regulatory and compliance processes related to HIPAA. Early in his career, he co-founded the firm Micro-Designs Software, which specialized in vertical market Practice Management Software.

In addition to Framework Solutions, Joe continues to act as an advisor to a number of start-up companies, mainly in the field of healthcare delivery and Information Technology.
