Our Grants and Sponsorships Services provide the resources and solutions to properly manage and reconcile Grant and Sponsorship requests in compliance with client processes and industry best practices.

Services include:

  • Manage the sponsorship and events calendar in accordance with approved timelines

  • Support cross-functional teams and act as the single point of contact for inquires

  • Schedule grant review meetings and record minutes and outcomes

  • Manage monthly dashboard and/or reports

  • Route communications through entire grant and sponsorship request lifecycle

  • Maintain an accurate and current database on the status of all requests

  • Ensure timely grant close out including reconciliation and outcomes reporting 

  • Finalize vendor payments
