WestView Capital Partners Completes Growth Recapitalization Investment in Framework Solutions
Danbury, CT and Boston, MA – Framework Solutions (“Frameworks” or the “Company”), a professional services company serving the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries, announced today that it received a growth recapitalization investment from WestView Capital Partners (“WestView”), a Boston-based private equity firm focused on middle market growth companies.
Headquartered in Danbury, CT, Frameworks offers outsourced business and consulting services focusing on supporting clients’ operational and strategic needs within their medical, legal, regulatory and/or promotional review committee (“MLR/PRC”) processes. Frameworks’ Process Management division provides outsourced coordinator, editor, and librarian services to fill critical MLR/PRC roles within life sciences and pharmaceutical companies. Frameworks’ Professional Services division assists clients with establishing and developing internal MLR/PRC review processes, including business processes, technology implementation, and benchmarking and analytics.
